design, construction and management of private sector and public
projects. The practice was established and approved by the Ministry
of Commerce of China in 1987. With a registered capital of CNY 200
million, the company has 5 overseas offices: Angola, Costa Rica,
Equatorial Guinea, Iraq, and Kazakhstan. National offices are
situated in Hefei, Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.
